About the job

As an Administrative Assistant, with a first experience of minimum 3 years in a similar environment, you will provide administrative support to our team. You will:

  • Follow-up our services team data to control accuracy and completeness of their reporting.
  • Request, verify, encode, and update contractual information of clients in our systems with accuracy.
  • Prepare product and services purchases as needed.
  • Assisting our accountant by monitor and preparing supplier and customer invoices.
  • Track contracts and service-related activities delivered to our client to prepare the monthly invoicing.
  • Coordinate the signing of documents.
  • Be the point of contact with clients related to administrative tasks.
  • Perform various daily tasks such as filing, scanning, managing emails, phone calls.

Your Profile

     – Technical skills:

  • You hold a degree, or a BTS qualification as an administrative assistant.
  • You are a competent user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You are fluent in French, English. Luxembourgish and German would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of services and/or resale activity is a plus.

     – Personal skills:

  • At ease with computer tool.
  • Ease with numbers and calculations
  • Good knowledge of internal administrative procedures.
  • You are proactive and a good team player, motivated and professional.

About the job

The Business Analyst is involved in studying and improving the methods and distribution of functions and tasks, levels of responsibility, management methods, administrative procedures through observations, interviews with staff and documentation studies.

After modeling the operation, he makes recommendations to solve the observed problems or to achieve better long-term results. The objective of this work is to increase the efficiency, productivity and profitability of the client company’s activities.

His/Her role is to determine what the new processes will have to accomplish and, to do so, it works closely with project managers, developer analysts, etc. to build the software or configure the systems planned for the proposed improvements.

Its mission is also to translate the needs of the company to the consultants and developers in charge of carrying out the application projects.

The candidate will be required to present a strong experience of working in multidisciplinary teams. As a result, they must have specification writing skills and be able to write reports to a variety of audiences.

His/her mission will be the support of projects for the implementation of the ODOO software. His/her role will also consist in qualifying needs and analyzing customization developments for the client.

He/She will be responsible for :

  •  Analyzing customers needs and business processes ;
  •  Negociating the required resources ;
  • Contributing to the software configuration ;
  • Coaching customers through individual sessions ;
  • Delivering functional training sessions ;
  • Supporting our sales team during pre-sale phases ;

About the job

As Client Solution Developer ODOO, you will be key in the technical design and development of custom-made solutions for our clients, based on the framework of the ODOO suite.

You will be responsible for:

About the job

The ITNetwork and Security Engineer will be part of our Systems/Cloud team and will support the operations of our hosted/on-premise clients as well as of our internal infrastructure.

He/She will be responsible to :

  • Integrate, operate and maintain network and security solutions                                                                
  • Diagnose and assist in the resolution of network configuration and implementation issues           
  • Implement the security controls at the network, infrastructure and application level
  • Configure and install network devices and services (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN,…)

  • Effective planning and organizational methods
